摘  要:针对45钢热顶锻开裂产生原因进行宏观和微观分析,结果表明铸坯中粗大非金属夹杂物是开裂的主要原因,在轧制过程中形成裂纹并扩展放大,导致热顶锻开裂,在进一步检验时发现开裂处有大型C类夹杂物。对此,采取提高成品碳一次命中率、规范精炼吹氩操作的措施,显著提高了45钢热顶锻合格率。A macroscopic and microscopic analysis was conducted on the causes of cracking in hot forging of 45 steel.The results showed that coarse non-metallic inclusions in the casting billet were the main cause of cracking.Cracks were formed and expanded during the rolling process,leading to hot forging cracking.Further inspection revealed the presence of large C-type inclusions at the crack site.In response to this,measures were taken to improve the first hit rate of finished carbon and standardize the operation of refining and argon blowing,significantly increasing the qualification rate of hot forging.
