摘　　要：针对国内某钢厂现有150 t转炉主体工艺不足的问题,对转炉开展改造设计实践。经多次方案讨论、工艺计算后,确定了转炉优化设计改造方向,主要对转炉的主要工艺参数进行优化调整,旨在为实现转炉的提产增效提供参考,也为类似项目的改造设计提供借鉴。In response to the insufficient main process of a 150 ton converter in a domestic steel plant,a renovation design practice was carried out for the converter.After multiple discussions and process calculations,the direction for optimizing the design and renovation of the converter has been determined.The main focus is on optimizing and adjusting the main process parameters of the converter,with the aim of providing reference for achieving increased production and efficiency of the converter,as well as for the renovation design of similar projects.
