摘  要:针对热轧精整机组带钢在甩尾时存在的问题,提出了甩尾工艺改进策略,一方面可提高生产效率,另一方面可提高质量控制水平。通过对甩尾段进行分解,明确各分段的提速方案并进行实施验证,进而提高单卷生产效率;通过分析甩尾时外圈鼓包的成因,制定改进压紧辊材质的措施,从而提升带钢外圈的板形和表面质量。In response to the problems of strip steel in the hot rolling finishing unit during tail shaking,an improvement strategy for tail shaking process is proposed,which can improve production efficiency and quality control level on the one hand.By decomposing the tail section,clarifying the acceleration plan for each segment and implementing it for verification,the production efficiency of a single roll can be improved.By analyzing the causes of bulging in the outer ring during tail swinging,measures to improve the material of the pressure roller are formulated to enhance the shape and surface quality of the outer ring of the strip steel.
