摘  要:围绕我国铁路机车发展方向,在兼顾机械损伤和热损伤服役性能,进行了完备的实验室和工业规模可靠性提升研究。通过高洁净度-高致密度冶炼连铸工艺设计、基于计算机仿真和模拟的大尺寸车轮压轧工艺设计、自主集成车轮热处理淬火装备技术及工艺研发、识别脆性氧化物夹杂尺寸的定量化超声波探伤技术等一系列制造技术和系统集成提升可靠行,车轮实物冶金质量达到国际同类产品先进水平。In this paper,based on the development direction of Chinese railway locomotives,taking into account the service performance of mechanical damage and thermal damage,a complete research on the reliability improvement of laboratory and industrial scale was carried out.Through a series of manufacturing technologies and system integration,such as high cleanliness and high density smelting continuous casting process design,large-size wheel rolling process design based on computer simulation and simulation,self-integrated wheel heat treatment and quenching equipment technology and process development,quantified ultrasonic flaw detection technology to identify the size of brittle oxide inclusion,etc.The physical metallurgical quality of the wheel has reached the international advanced level of similar products.
