摘 要:塔磨机在国外矿山的选矿领域已得到广泛使用,将塔磨机应用在矿石细磨作业中具有高效节能的技术优势。为了更好地发挥塔磨机在国内金属矿磨矿领域的性能优势,通过对磨矿介质、磨矿浓度、磨矿比功耗等主要因素进行研究,确定了塔磨机工艺选型的科学研究方法。介绍了塔磨机结构、工作原理、选型试验和现场应用情况。某选矿厂生产实践表明,MLL1120塔磨机在入料粒度-45μm的质量占比为35%的生产条件下,物料经过塔磨机研磨,产品的粒度和产量可满足现场钒钛磁铁矿粗精矿细磨作业的设计要求。Tower mills have been widely used in the field of mineral processing in foreign mines,and their application in ore fine grinding operations has the technical advantage of high efficiency and energy saving.In order to better leverage the performance advantages of tower mills in the field of metal ore grinding in China,a scientific research method for selecting tower mill processes was determined by studying the main factors such as grinding medium,grinding concentration,and grinding specific power consumption.Introduce the structure,working principle,selection test,and on-site application of the tower grinder.The production practice of a certain beatification plant has shown that the MLL1120 tower grinder can meet the design requirements of on-site vanadium titanium magnetite coarse concentrate fine grinding operation in terms of particle size and output after the material is ground by the tower grinder under the production conditions of feed particle size-45μm and content of 35%.
