摘　　要：工业自动化生产过程中,差压变送器常用于对压力、液位和流量的测量。简述川仪EJA系列差压变送器的结构、工作原理以及优点,分析川仪EJA系列差压变送器在邯宝能源中心10万m^(3)转炉煤气柜活塞水平监测系统中应用中出现的一些问题,并针对性地进行相应改造处理,取得了很好的运行效果,为转炉柜的安全、稳定运行起到了保障作用。Differential pressure transmitters are commonly used in industrial automation production processes to measure pressure,liquid level,and flow rate.Briefly describe the structure,working principle,and advantages of the Chuanyi EJA series differential pressure transmitter,analyze some problems that arise in the application of the Chuanyi EJA series differential pressure transmitter in the piston level monitoring system of the 100000 m^(3) converter gas cabinet at Hanbao Energy Center,and carry out corresponding modifications accordingly,achieving good operating results and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the converter cabinet.
