摘　　要：论述了高炉煤气干法除尘密相管道气力输送装置的的优点和组成,并针对山东钢铁集团日照有限公司1号5100 m3高炉干法除尘系统专用气力输送装置中卸灰阀门、输送管道、弯头等配件使用寿命短的问题,分析产生原因,并采取改进措施,大大延长了气力输送装置的使用寿命。This article discusses the advantages and components of the dense phase pipeline pneumatic conveying device for dry dust removal of blast furnace gas.In response to the problem of short service life of accessories such as ash discharge valves,conveying pipelines,and elbows in the dedicated pneumatic conveying device for the dry dust removal system of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.No.15100 m3 blast furnace,the reasons are analyzed,and improvement measures are taken to greatly extend the service life of the pneumatic conveying device.
