摘  要:基于感应加热器的基本原理,重点阐述了纵磁感应加热的技术特点。介绍了感应加热器在首钢京唐镀锌线退火炉快冷段、时效段的实际应用情况。通过优化炉区感应体结构,解决了感应体运行过程中烧损漏水的问题,为不同的使用工况下选择退火炉感应体的结构形式提供了依据。Based on the basic principle of induction heating,the technical characteristics of longitudinal magnetic induction heating are emphasized.This article introduces the practical application of induction heaters in the fast cooling and aging sections of the annealing furnace of Shougang Jingtang galvanizing line.By optimizing the structure of the induction body in the furnace area,the problem of burning and leaking water during the operation of the induction body has been solved,providing a basis for selecting the structural form of the annealing furnace induction body under different operating conditions.
