摘　　要：主要介绍某炼铁厂烧结机头除尘2室3电场改为2室4电场大修改造的技术研究,重点介绍除尘器扩容后,壳体结构优化,阴极吊挂结构改进等技术措施,达到增加除尘器收尘面积目的,提升机头除尘电场粉尘捕集能力,高效除尘,最终实现排放达标。This article mainly introduces the technical research on the overhaul and transformation of the sintering machine head dust removal from two chambers and three electric fields to two chambers and four electric fields in a certain ironmaking plant.The focus is on the technical measures of expanding the dust collector,optimizing the shell structure,and improving the cathode hanging structure to increase the dust collection area of the dust collector,improve the dust collection capacity of the machine head dust removal electric field,efficiently remove dust,and ultimately achieve emission standards.
