煤机槽帮铸件工艺改进分析

摘  要:利用FLOW-3D模拟槽帮铸件在砂型铸造中的充型和凝固过程,对铸件可能产生的缺陷进行分析,依据分析结果对工艺进行改进。工艺改进后,铸造件的产品质量得到有效提高,降低了废品率,减少了废品消耗,取得了显著的经济效益。Using FLOW-3D simulation to study the filling and solidification process of groove support castings in sand casting,the possible defects of the castings are analyzed,and the process is improved based on the analysis results.After the process improvement,the product quality of castings has been effectively improved,the scrap rate has been reduced,the waste consumption has been reduced,and significant economic benefits have been achieved.
