声光联合测试在巷道围岩稳定性检测中的应用实践

摘　　要：杭来湾煤矿煤层位于地应力复杂地层,巷道协同支护稳定性差,工作面贯通及设备回撤过程中易发生煤壁片帮、单体折损、顶板台阶下沉、支架压死等问题。鉴于此,杭来湾煤矿开展了声光联合测试技术的研究,利用光学钻孔窥视仪形成钻孔的不同深度围岩松动范围直观图,利用声学智能松动圈检测仪监测岩石破碎区域,进行双向验证。验证结果表明,光探测得出30201回采工作面回风巷围岩裂隙发育区域位于孔深1.2 m范围之内,声监测判定松动范围位于孔深1.2 m范围之内,二者基本吻合。由此得出,该回风巷松动圈为Ⅲ类,属于一般围岩松动圈,采取目前“两帮采用Φ20 mm×1800 mm的玻璃钢锚杆和不小于50 kN/m2的聚酯纤维网片联合支护”的方式能够保证巷道围岩稳定性。The coal seam of Hanglaiwan Coal Mine is located in a complex geological stratum with poor stability of roadway coordinated support.During the process of working face connection and equipment withdrawal,problems such as coal wall fragmentation,single body damage,roof step sinking,and support compression are prone to occur.In view of this,Hanglaiwan Coal Mine has conducted research on the joint testing technology of sound and light.The optical drilling sight is used to form a visual map of the loosening range of surrounding rock at different depths of the borehole,and the acoustic intelligent loosening circle detector is used to monitor the rock fracture area for bidirectional verification.The verification results show that the light detection indicates that the crack development area of the surrounding rock in the return airway of the 30201 mining face is within a range of 1.2 meters,and the acoustic monitoring determines that the loosening range is within a range of 1.2 meters,which is basically consistent with the two.From this,it can be concluded that the loose zone of the return airway is Class III,which belongs to the general loose zone of surrounding rock.The current method of"using two sides of glass fiber reinforced plastic anchor rods with a diameter of Φ20 mm×1800 mm and polyester fiber mesh with a combined support of not less than 50 kN/m2"can ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the airway.
