摘  要:为解决四通煤业综采工作面在顶板周期来压及过地质构造期间存在上隅角瓦斯浓度超限风险,致使日产煤量降低的问题,以4204工作面为例,通过理论计算对工作面上覆岩层施工高位裂隙钻孔布置高度、倾向布置范围进行了设计,并提出以PLC为核心通过变频控制技术实时精准控制水环真空泵及上隅角瓦斯浓度的方案。现场应用表明:4204工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.2%~0.3%,液压支架后方采空区瓦斯浓度控制在0.4%~0.7%,回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.06%~0.1%,杜绝了上隅角瓦斯积聚超限风险,应用成效显著。In order to solve the problem of excessive gas concentration in the upper corner of the fully mechanized mining face of Sitong Coal Industry during the roof cycle pressure and geological structure period,which leads to a decrease in daily coal production,taking the 4204 working face as an example,the height and inclination range of high-level fissure drilling holes in the overlying rock strata of the working face were designed through theoretical calculations,and a scheme was proposed to use PLC as the core and frequency conversion control technology to accurately control the water ring vacuum pump and upper corner gas concentration in real time.On site application shows that during the backfilling period of the 4204 working face,the gas concentration in the upper corner is controlled at 0.2%~0.3%,the gas concentration in the goaf behind the hydraulic support is controlled at 0.4%~0.7%,and the gas concentration in the return air flow is controlled at 0.06%~0.1%,which eliminates the risk of excessive gas accumulation in the upper corner and has significant application effects.
