摘 要:氮元素在钢水中是一把“双刃剑”,固溶状态的氮元素可以改善钢材的综合性能,但氮元素含量过高,会降低钢材的韧性及塑性,严重时会影响钢材的时效性并引发“蓝脆”。基于此,遵循“炉后控下限,精炼、连铸少增氮”原则,制定控氮措施,有效控制了转炉工序、精炼工序和连铸工序的氮元素含量。Nitrogen is a double-edged sword in molten steel.Nitrogen in solid solution state can improve the comprehensive performance of steel,but excessive nitrogen content can reduce the toughness and plasticity of steel,and in severe cases,it can affect the aging of steel and cause"blue brittleness".Based on this,following the principle of"controlling the lower limit after the furnace,refining and continuous casting with less nitrogen increase",nitrogen control measures were formulated to effectively control the nitrogen content in the converter process,refining process and continuous casting process.
