摘 要:为提高炼钢大电炉的运行效率与除尘质量,在研究期间以某钢厂生产使用的TECOAER公司设计的产品为例,基于科学合理设计原则,对炼钢大电炉除尘治理方案进行研究,首先对炼钢大电炉除尘治理设计原则与指标进行分析,在明确原有系统结构的基础上,提出具体的设计内容与设备选择情况,最终在实际应用中对效果进行试验分析。通过研究得出结论,基于改进后的炼钢大电炉除尘治理方案能够实现每吨钢节省5.64元成本的目标,对提升企业经济效益,推动企业健康发展具有重要作用。In order to improve the operating efficiency and dust removal quality of the steelmaking electric furnace,during the research period,taking the product designed by TECOAER company used in the production of a steel plant as an example,based on the principle of scientific and reasonable design,the dust removal treatment scheme of the steelmaking electric furnace was studied.Firstly,the design principles and indicators of the dust removal treatment of the steelmaking electric furnace were analyzed.On the basis of clarifying the original system structure,specific design content and equipment selection were proposed.Finally,the effect was tested and analyzed in practical applications.Through research,it has been concluded that the improved dust removal treatment scheme for steelmaking large electric furnaces can achieve the goal of saving 5.64 yuan in cost per ton of steel,which plays an important role in improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and promoting their healthy development.
