摘  要:控制好精液浮游物是提高氧化铝产品质量的关键,同时对热交换设备的结垢速度和设备运转率有重要影响。为进一步降低全自动立式叶滤机精液浮游物含量,采取了优化全自动立式叶滤机工艺参数、实施技术改造、完善设备配置、强化职工精细化操作等措施。实施相关控制措施后,全自动立式叶滤机中的精液浮游物含量得到有效控制,进而提升了氧化铝产品的质量和生产效益。Controlling semen plankton is the key to improving the quality of alumina products,and it also has a significant impact on the scaling speed and equipment operation rate of heat exchange equipment.In order to further reduce the floating matter in semen of the fully automatic vertical leaf filter,measures have been taken to optimize the process parameters of the fully automatic vertical leaf filter,implement technical transformation,improve equipment configuration,and strengthen the fine operation of employees.After implementing relevant control measures,the content of semen suspended particles in the fully automatic vertical leaf filter was effectively controlled,thereby improving the quality and production efficiency of alumina products.
