摘  要:目前,国内脱硫脱硝系统技术逐步趋于成熟,随着“超低排放”及成本、环保要求越来越精细化,开展提升喷氨效率,降低氨水消耗成本是必行之路。汉钢公司根据排放数据,通过调整总喷氨量和2套系统的喷氨开度,优化改造喷氨管路,并建立智能喷氨程序,在降低氨水单耗方面取得了较好的效果。Currently,domestic desulfurization and denitrification system technology is gradually maturing.With the increasingly refined requirements of"ultra-low emissions"and cost and environmental protection,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of ammonia injection and reduce the cost of ammonia water consumption.Based on emission data,Hansteel Company has achieved good results in reducing ammonia water consumption by adjusting the total ammonia injection amount and the ammonia injection opening of two systems,optimizing and renovating the ammonia injection pipeline,and establishing an intelligent ammonia injection program.
