连铸机振动结晶器铜板磨损问题的分析与改进

摘  要:邯钢邯宝炼钢厂连铸机结晶器铜板部位一度出现过早磨损和漏铜的问题,导致生产无法按计划执行,同时也导致了部分批次铸坯的质量问题。针对上述问题,厂设备部组织技术人员对结晶器进行了检查,认为足辊跳动量大、扇形段支撑座偏差和铜板镀层材料硬度较低等因素是导致结晶器铜板磨损的主要原因。根据以上原因对设备进行调整和优化,不仅消除了故障问题,而且延长了结晶器的使用寿命。The copper plate of the crystallizer in the continuous casting machine of Hansteel Company Hanbao Steelmaking Plant experienced premature wear and copper leakage,which led to the inability to execute production according to plan and also caused quality problems in some batches of castings.In response to the above issues,the equipment department of the factory organized technical personnel to inspect the crystallizer.It is believed that the main reasons for the wear of the copper plate in the crystallizer were the large jumping amount of the foot rollers,the deviation of the sector support seat,and the low hardness of the copper plate coating material.Based on the above reasons,adjusting and optimizing the equipment not only eliminates the problem of faults,but also extends the service life of the crystallizer.
