摘  要:针对换辊开轧、换钢种、换规格、切换空过机架或不空过轧制第一块头部厚度超差等问题,通过建立换辊开轧首块模型参数初始化表、测试并优化带钢水流量和开启时序、建立变形抗力补偿系数分档表、自学习速度分档表和自学习纠偏等优化策略,以上问题得到有效解决。优化后,换钢种或换规格首块模型设定头部厚度命中率由80.17%提高到90.42%,因厚度不命中导致改判其他厚度的改判率降低约0.15%。In response to issues such as roll changing,steel type changing,specification changing,and switching between empty or no empty rolling of the first block head thickness exceeding the tolerance,optimization strategies were implemented by establishing a parameter initialization table for roll changing and opening the first block model,testing and optimizing the flow rate and opening timing of the molten steel,establishing a deformation resistance compensation coefficient grading table,self-learning speed grading table,and self-learning correction.The hit rate of the head thickness setting in the first block model for steel type or specification changing increased from 80.17% to 90.42%,while the change rate for other thicknesses decreased by about 0.15% due to thickness misses.
