摘 要:不同特征参数的表面织构以及因局部压力过低产生的空穴现象直接影响到织构化滑动轴承的润滑效果。探究在考虑空化效应的条件下,织构特征参数对轴承摩擦副润滑性能的影响。建立织构单元的Fluent有限元模型,选用Mixture多相流模型模拟空穴现象,分析织构面积密度、织构厚度以及非对称织构对油膜承载力、摩擦力和摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:空化效应能有效增强油膜承载能力,在合理范围内,增加织构的面积密度或入口角度均能提升油膜承载力,降低摩擦因数,且增加面积密度时摩擦力降幅更大;随织构厚度的增加,承载力先增大后减小,摩擦力缓慢下降,摩擦因数先减小后增大;随上壁面移动速度增大,气穴体积分数增加,但过大的速度会增大回流强度,部分织构摩擦因数有上升趋势。The surface texture of different characteristic parameters and the cavitation phenomenon caused by low local pressure directly affect the lubrication effect of textured sliding bearings.The influence of texture characteristic parameters on the lubrication performance of bearing friction pairs was investigated under the consideration of cavitation effects.The Fluent finite element model of texture element was established,and the mixture multiphase flow model was selected to simulate the cavitation phenomenon.The effects of texture area density,texture thickness and asymmetric texture on oil film bearing capacity,friction and friction coefficient were analyzed.The results show that the cavitation effect can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the oil film.Within a reasonable range,increasing the area density or inlet angle of the texture can improve the bearing capacity of the oil film and reduce the friction coefficient,and a greater reduction in friction force can be achieved when increasing the area density.As the texture thickness increases,the bearing capacity increases first and then decreases,while the friction decreases slowly,the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases.With the increase of the moving speed of the upper wall,the volume fraction of cavitation increases.But excessive speed will increase the reflux strength,potentially leading to an upward trend in the friction coefficient of certain textures.
