高温热效应对磁流变脂流变学行为的影响

摘  要:磁流变阻尼器中介质受频繁往复剪切而引起的有温升的影响,对磁流变脂(MRG)可靠服役构成挑战。为研究热效应对磁流变脂流变性能的影响,对磁流变脂进行静态热处理,模拟其承受不同程度高温热效应影响情况,分别进行磁学性能实验和流变性能实验,分析高温热效应对磁流变脂流变学行为的影响机制。结果表明,热效应温度和时间对磁流变脂流变行为有着显著影响。磁场扫描结果显示,180℃热效应下磁流变脂剪切应力显著提升,触变性实验结果显示,180℃和24 h热效应后磁流变脂的剪切稳定性降低,其机制是纤维硬化、磁链聚散和剪切破坏的共同作用。短时间热效应后,仅磁流变脂中基载液受到剪切破坏,磁流变脂剪切稳定性较好;24 h、180℃热效应后,纤维硬化显著提升了皂纤维缠结程度,对磁流变脂复合结构影响极大,剪切稳定性变差。磁场可以在一定程度上降低纤维硬化引起的磁流变脂剪切稳定性降低的影响,但持续的热效应行为仍会对磁流变脂的服役带来巨大挑战。The medium in magnetorheological dampers is subjected to frequent reciprocating shear and temperature rise,which poses a challenge to the reliable service of magnetorheological grease(MRG).In order to study the influence of the rheological properties of MRG to withstand different degrees of thermal effects,MRG was subjected to static heat treatment to simulate its withstanding of different degrees of high-temperature thermal effects,and based on the laws of rheological and magnetic properties,the mechanism of the rheological behavior of MRG subjected to high-temperature thermal effects was analyzed.The results show that the temperature and time of thermal effect have a significant effect on the rheological behavior of MRG.The results of magnetic field scanning show that the shear stress of MRG is significantly elevated under the thermal effect of 180℃,and the results of thixotropy experiments show that the shear stability is reduced at 180℃-24 h,which is attributed to the mechanism of the combined effects of fiber hardening,magnetic chain polydispersity,and shear damage.After the short time thermal effect,the base carrier fluid in MRG is mainly damaged by shear,and the shear stability is better;after the thermal effect of 24 h and 180℃,the fiber hardening significantly enhances the degree of entanglement of soap fibers,which has a great influence on the composite structure of MRG,and the shear stability becomes worse.The magnetic field can reduce the effect of fiber hardening-induced reduction of the shear stability of MRG to a certain extent,but the continuous thermal effect behavior will still produce a great challenge to the service of MRG.
