摘  要:以环状分子结构作为结构主体,制备分子结构中同时含有羧基和酯基官能团的抗磨剂,以探究该结构对抗磨效果的影响。以甲基六氢邻苯二甲酸酐(MHHPA)和乙二醇单甲醚(MOE)为原料,经酯化反应合成甲基六氢邻苯二甲酸单乙二醇甲醚酯(2-MM);结合GC-MS、电喷雾电离质谱、傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱分析,确定2-MM化合物的结构;探究反应温度、反应时间和反应物的量比对生成2-MM的影响,采用高频往复试验法(HFRR法)考察2-MM在柴油中的抗磨性能。结果表明:MHHPA和MOE最佳反应条件为反应温度60℃、反应时间180 min、反应物量比1∶1.1~1∶1.2;在柴油中加入200μg/g的2-MM时,可显著降低磨斑直径和平均摩擦因数,提高平均油膜率,使试验用空白柴油的润滑性能提高约40.0%。Taking the cyclic molecular structure as the main structure,the anti-wear agent containing both carboxyl and ester functional groups in the molecular structure was prepared to explore the effect of the structure on the anti-wear effect.2-Methoxyethyl methylhexahydrophthalate(2-MM)was synthesized from methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride(MHHPA)and 2-methoxyethanol(MOE)by esterification reaction.The structure of 2-MM was determined by GC-MS,ESIMS,FTIR and NMR.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and reactant ratio on the synthesis of 2-MM were investigated.The anti-wear properties of 2-MM in diesel oil were investigated by high frequency reciprocating test(HFRR method).The results show that the optimal reaction conditions of MHHPA and MOE are as follows:reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction time of 180 min,reactant ratio 1∶1.1 to 1∶1.2.When adding 200μg/g of 2-MM in diesel oil,the wear spot diameter and average friction coefficient are significantly reduced,the average oil film rate is increased.The lubrication performance of blank diesel oil for test is increased by about 40%.
