摘 要:根据某公司石化搅拌釜用剖分式机械密封产品各类元件失效占比数据,结合剖分式机械密封结构及工作原理分析各类元件失效形式及失效机制。对密封环进行温度场及热-力耦合场有限元分析,结果表明,密封环端面温度沿径向呈梯度分布,热变形在耦合变形中起主导作用;螺钉预紧力能有效抵消部分端面变形及剖分面变形,从而有效增大剖分面连接紧密性。利用失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)方法计算各失效模式风险顺序数(RPN),确定剖分环崩边、剖分面处密封胶失效、温度异常、剖分环断裂、剖分环磨损等高RPN值的失效模式,并对设计制造、安装、运行等过程提出改进优化措施,为降低失效风险及成本、提高密封性能、延长寿命提供参考。According to the failure proportion data of various components of split mechanical seal products used in petrochemical stirred tanks of a company,the failure forms and failure mechanisms of various components were analyzed combined with the structure and working principle of split mechanical seal.The finite element analysis of the temperature field and thermal mechanical coupling field of the sealing ring was carried out.It is found that the temperature of the seal ring face is distributed in gradient along the radial direction,and the thermal deformation plays a leading role in the coupling deformation.The screw preload can effectively offset part of the face deformation and the deformation of the split surface,thus effectively increasing the tightness of the split surface connection.Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)method was used to calculate the risk priority number(RPN)of each failure mode.The failure modes with high RPN value such as edge collapse,sealant failure at the split surface,temperature anomaly,split ring fracture and split ring wear were determined.The improvement and optimization measures were put forward to reduce the failure risk and cost,improve the sealing performance and extend the life.
