摘 要:为选择合适的液压油,避免仅考虑品牌、质量等级、黏度等级,忽略液压油实际使用过程中受到污染后的抗磨损性能变化,开展污染状态下液压油抗磨损性能研究。通过统计计算,分析液压油中常见污染物,如水分、SiO_(2)、铜的界限值,并通过单一污染物油样进行摩擦磨损试验,利用40℃运动黏度、污染度等级、Fe元素含量、摩擦因数作为评价参数,以选定各参数的有效试验水平;使用正交试验方法进行多种污染物摩擦磨损试验,分析影响液压油抗磨损性能的主次因素,并通过铁谱分析验证了分析结果。结果表明,SiO_(2)是影响液压油抗磨损性能的主要因素,其次是Cu,水分含量影响最小。应用正交试验中得出3种污染物的最佳试验配比,可用于不同品牌液压油抗磨性能的评价,从而选择污染状态下性能更优的液压油。In order to select the appropriate hydraulic oil,avoid only considering the brand,quality grade and viscosity grade,and ignoring the change of the anti-wear performance of the contaminated hydraulic oil in the actual use process,the anti-wear performance of the contaminated hydraulic oil was studied.The limit values of the common pollutants in the hydraulic oil such as moisture,SiO_(2) and copper,were studied through statistical calculation.The friction and wear tests was conducted on a single pollutant oil sample.The 40℃ kinematic viscosity,pollution level,Fe content and friction coefficient were used as evaluation parameters to select the effective test level.The orthogonal test method was used to carry out the friction and wear test of various pollutants,and the primary and secondary factors affecting the anti-wear performance of hydraulic oil were analyzed,and the analysis results were verified by the ferrographic analysis.The results show that SiO_(2) is the main factor affecting the anti-wear performance of hydraulic oil,followed by Cu,and the influence of moisture content is the least.The optimal test proportion of the three pollutants was obtained from the orthogonal test,which can be used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of different brands of hydraulic oil,so as to select the hydraulic oil with better performance in the polluted state.
