英国青少年课外体育活动高质量开展的目标、策略与成效

摘　　要：英国高度重视课外体育活动对青少年健康成长、体质增强、全面发展和幸福生活的重要影响,为促进青少年的全面发展与健康成长提供高质量课外体育活动。运用文献资料法对英国青少年课外体育活动高质量开展的目标、策略与成效进行系统梳理和全面分析。研究发现,英国开展高质量青少年课外体育活动以提高青少年身体素养为导向,以体育生活化理念为指引,旨在促进青少年全面发展。在实施策略方面:紧密衔接课内外体育活动、实施体育资源共享、推动体育深度融入生活和以安全为首保障课外体育活动规范开展。为我国开展行之有效的青少年课外体育活动提出以下建议:厘清定位,深入理解青少年课外体育活动的目标和价值;优化路径,持续完善青少年课外体育活动的实施策略;健全规范,加强青少年课外体育活动实施的监督监管力度。Britain attaches great importance to the important impact of extracurricular sports activities on the healthy growth,physical fitness enhancement,all-round development and happy life for youth,aiming to provide high-quality extracurricular sports activities to promote the all-round development and healthy growth for youth.By using the method of literature review,this paper systematically sorts out and comprehensively analyzes the goals,strategies and achievements of high-quality extracurricular sports activities for British youth.It is found that high-quality extracurricular sports activities for British youth are oriented towards improving their physical literacy,and guided by the principle of integrating sports into daily life,so as to promote their all-round development.In terms of implementation strategies,they involve closely linking sports activities inside and outside the classroom,facilitating the sharing of sports resources,promoting the deep integration of sports into daily life,and prioritizing safety to ensure the standardized conduct of extracurricular sports activities.The following suggestions are proposed for carrying out effective extracurricular sports activities for youth in China:clarify the orientation and deeply understand the goals and value of extracurricular sports activities,optimize the paths by continuously improving the implementation strategies of extracurricular sports activities,and improve regulations and strengthen the supervision extracurricular sports activities for youth.
