摘  要:针对牵引系统直流接触器卡分故障,基于直流接触器的结构特点、动作原理,调研了接触器生产质量控制过程,核查了接触器发挥吸合作用的相应部件状态,发现了减振垫老化的现象。进而推断是减振垫材料表面特性改变,与轭铁组件表面粘连,最终导致接触器卡分故障。通过新材料减振垫选型和相关试验,验证了该推断的正确性。针对故障原因,提出改用新型硅橡胶材料的减振垫,解决了牵引直流接触器故障,保障了城市轨道交通车辆运行安全。In response to the DC contactor closing failure in the traction system,the production quality control process of the contactor is investigated and the status of the corresponding components that activate the contactor is verified in accordance with the structural characteristics and operating principles of the contactor,and the aging of the shock absorber pad is found.It’s therefore presumed that the surface characteristics of the shock-absorbing pad material have changed,resulting in its adhesion with the surface of the yoke component,finally leading to the contactor closing failure.The presumption is verified by means of selecting new materials for the shock absorber and related tests.Aiming at the cause of the malfunction,a shock-absorbing pad made of a new type of silicone rubber material is proposed to solve the problem of traction DC contactor and ensure the safe operation of the urban rail transit vehicles.
