摘  要:为减少对外部维修服务的依赖,常州地铁接续实施关键设备自主维保,发挥现有优势,先行探索工程车JZ-7型空气制动机自主维保方法并实践。文章从人员技术、设备配置、技术及故障难点攻克等角度,剖析常州地铁工程车JZ-7型空气制动机自主维保的探索与实践过程。最终实现了JZ-7型空气制动机自主维保,有效提升了制动机维护效率与可靠性,降低了运营成本。实践证明,在专业性、成本控制、响应速度等方面,自主维保模式皆优于委外维保,且设备性能不受影响。In order to reduce the dependence on outsourced maintenance services and continue to implement independent maintenance of key equipment,Changzhou Metro Group leverages its existing advantages to explore and practice independent maintenance methods for JZ-7 air brake on its engineering vehicles.This paper analyzes and explores the practical process of autonomous maintenance of JZ-7 air brake on Changzhou Metro engineering vehicle from the perspectives of operators,techniques,equipment layout,technical and troubleshooting difficulties.Finally,the independent maintenance of JZ-7 air brake is realized,thus effectively improving the efficiency and reliability of brake maintenance and reducing operating costs.Practice has proven that the independent maintenance mode outbalances the outsourced maintenance without jeopardizing the equipment performance in terms of professionalism,cost control and response speed.
