摘  要:智能制造生产线质量检测以人工检测为主,存在依赖操作人员、生产过程数据采集不及时等问题,针对该问题,在转向架抱轴箱组装生产线试点应用AI智能巡检系统。根据巡检目标及需求,明确了AI智能巡检系统建设思路,利用全景相机、AI相机、热成像相机构建了AI智能巡检系统,可覆盖整条抱轴箱组装生产线,并在工位现场布置显示屏用于展示巡检内容及问题报警状态。基本可实现抱轴箱组装生产线各工位生产中关键操作过程与标准化作业数据的采集、分析及预警,实现了对人的行为标准化、作业过程标准化、生产质量数据等方面的智能监控和预警,提升产品质量和巡检效率。The quality assurance of intelligent-manufacturing-based production line mainly relies on manual inspection,resulting in problems such as overdependence on operators and inability to collect production process data in time.To solve these problems,an AI intelligent inspection system is introduced to the axle suspension bearing box assembly line on a trial basis.In line with the routine inspection objectives and requirements,the configuration of AI intelligent inspection system has been clarified.An AI intelligent inspection system is therefore constructed by integrating panoramic cameras,AI cameras and thermal imaging cameras,which can cover the entire assembly line,and display screens are arranged at the working space to exhibit routine inspection details and problem alarm status.It can basically achieve data acquisition,analysis and early warning of key operation processes and standardized operation at each working space throughout the entire axle suspension bearing box assembly line,realizing intelligent monitoring and early warning of human behavior standardization,operation process standardization,production quality data,etc.,so as to improve product quality and inspection efficiency.
