摘 要:为快速、高效、准确地完成公司5 km铁路试验线日常维保并科学地制定专项检修计划,文章基于轨道巡检技术、轨道几何参数检测技术、钢轨全断面检测技术、三维扫描系统和接触网检测技术,设计一套综合检测系统,实现试验线轨道重要几何参数、受流轨和接触网快速检测,并将采集的检测数据自动存储和分析处理。通过分析受流轨几何尺寸、运行轨道缺陷、轨道障碍物和接触网的检测工作原理,整合集成各系统基础作业平台,结合图像识别、激光检测、无线网络传输和惯性组合导航等技术,实时获取准确的轨道检测参数,实现自动检测、自动判断、数据存储和二次分析。结果表明,基础作业平台的综合检测系统为试验线维护和保养提供可靠的数据支撑。In order to accomplish the daily maintenance of the 5 km railway test line in the company quickly,efficiently,and accurately,and reasonably formulate specific maintenance plan,this paper designs a comprehensive detection system based on track inspection technology,track geometric parameter detecting techniques,full rail cross-section detecting techniques,3D scanning system and overhead catenary detection techniques to achieve fast detection of important geometric parameters of the test track line,current receiving rail and catenary,and then automatically store and analyze the collected detection data.By analyzing the geometric dimensions of the current receiving rail,defects in the track,obstacles on the track and the detection principle of the overhead catenary,and integrating the basic operation platforms of each system in combination with image recognition,laser detection,wireless network transmission and inertial integrated navigation technologies,accurate track detection parameters are obtained in real time to achieve automatic detection,automatic judgment,data storage and secondary analysis.The results indicate that the comprehensive detection system covering the basic operating platforms provides reliable data support for the maintenance of the test line.
