原生状态视角下电子档案“单套制”管理策略研究

摘　　要：电子档案“单套制”管理模式一直以来广受争议,但是随着理论和实践上的不断深入,这一管理模式已经渐行渐近。以尊重档案原生状态为切入点,在对“双套制”与“单套制”对比分析的基础上,总结了电子档案“单套制”管理是对档案原生状态以及客观规律的尊重,提出从法律、观念、技术上推进电子档案“单套制”实施的建议。Electronic archives"Single Set System"management mode has been widely controversial,but with the deepening of theory and practice,this management mode has gradually approached.Taking respecting the original state of archives as the breakthrough point,on the basis of comparative analysis of"Double Set System"and"Single Set System",this paper summarizes how the"Single Set System"of electronic archives respects the original state of archives and the objective law,and finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the implementation of"Single Set System"of electronic archives in terms of law,concept and technology.
