摘 要:随着科学技术的不断进步和社会的不断发展,机械制造技术所扮演的角色越来越重要。机械加工工艺是机械制造的核心,其涵盖了从零件设计到成品制造的整个过程,所以,在实际生产中,对机械加工工艺的实用性要求也越来越高。机械加工工艺是指运用机械设备对零部件进行加工的技术和方法,主要包括车、钳、铣、磨、刨等,这些加工方法在机械制造工艺中被广泛应用,其效率和实用性直接影响产品质量和产量。基于此,首先对常见的机械制造加工方法进行了介绍,然后以轴类零件为例,论述了分阶段加工的合理性,并在此基础上探讨了轴类零件的加工方案。With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of society,the role played by mechanical manufacturing technology is becoming increasingly important.Mechanical processing technology is the core of mechanical manufacturing,covering the entire process from part design to finished product manufacturing.Therefore,the practical requirements for mechanical processing technology in actual production are also increasing.Mechanical processing technology refers to the techniques and methods of using mechanical equipment to process components,mainly including turning,pliers,milling,grinding,planing,etc.These processing methods are widely used in mechanical manufacturing processes,and their efficiency and practicality directly affect product quality and output.Based on this,this article firstly introduces common mechanical manufacturing and processing methods.Then,taking shaft parts as an example,the rationality of staged processing was discussed,and on this basis,the processing scheme of shaft parts was explored.
