骨架密实型水稳基层路面反射裂缝处治措施研究

摘　　要：为研究骨架密实型水稳基层路面反射裂缝的处治措施,基于反射裂缝的成因分析,提出了针对轻度和重度反射裂缝的处治方法,并依托工程,针对不同程度的病害采取了“高聚物注浆+自粘贴缝带和地聚物注浆”的方法。通过测试施工后路面的弯沉值,对处治效果进行了评估,并得出结论:经注浆处治后,路面弯沉值显著小于注浆前,显著提高了路面结构的强度和稳定性,为高等级公路的养护提供了有效的解决方案。In order to study the treatment measures for reflection cracks in skeleton dense water stable base pavement,this research proposes treatment methods for mild and severe reflection cracks based on the analysis of the causes of reflection cracks.Depending on the projects,the method of "high polymer grouting+self-adhesive joint tape and geopolymer grouting" is adopted for different degrees of diseases.The evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment was assessed by testing the bending settlement values of the pavement after construction.The conclusion is that the deflection value of the pavement after grouting treatment is significantly lower than that before grouting,which significantly improves the strength and stability of the pavement structure and provides an effective solution for the maintenance of high-grade highways.
