摘 要:建筑中的给排水系统所产生的振动与噪声不仅影响居民的生活,还会对绿色建筑的使用寿命有所影响。基于此,研究对给排水系统中振动噪声的传递路径进行了探讨分析,并提出了多种减振降噪方案,如使用橡胶隔振垫、安装排水立管等多种措施。检测结果表明:相较于未采取措施的小区A,采取了减振降噪优化措施的小区B的管道流动噪声、结构传递振动与空气辐射噪声的数值下降了13 dB、2.9 m/s、10 dB;在用水高峰期时,相较于小区A,小区B的室内排水噪声降低了29.13%,验证了研究所提出的方案具有很好的减振降噪性。这些措施的实施不仅提高了居住环境质量,还为绿色建筑设计提供了可持续发展的策略。The vibration and noise generated by the water supply and drainage system in buildings not only affect the lives of residents,but also have an impact on the service life of green buildings.Based on this,the research explored and analyzed the transmission path of vibration and noise in the water supply and drainage system,and proposed various vibration and noise reduction schemes,such as using rubber vibration isolation pads and installing drainage risers.The test results show that the pipe flow noise,structural transmission vibration and airborne radiation noise in cell B,where vibration and noise reduction measures have been taken,have decreased by 13 dB,2.9 m/s,and 10 dB compared with those in cell A,where no measures have been taken.During the peak water usage period,the indoor drainage noise in community B has decreased by 29.13% compared to community A.This verifies that the proposed solution by the research has good vibration and noise reduction properties.The implementation of thesse measures not only improve the quality of living environment,but also provide sustainable development strategies for green building design.
