摘 要:人们通常采用一种专用的控温热沉来满足航天产品的热真空试验要求。控温热沉的主要组成部分有加热器、热沉和相关的配套设施等。对专用控温热沉的设计原理开展了全面且透彻的研究,并验证了仿真试验的精准性。如果发热量的具体值为200 W,在对热沉空间测点的极限低温值进行获取后,其取值会低于-183℃;在对极限高温值进行获取时,其取值则会高于126℃,满足控温的各项标准。在调节温控系统时,使用比例-微分-积分(Proportional-Integral-Differential,PID)运算自适应调节系统取得了良好的效果。对热沉控温效果进行调试的过程中,在选取区间控温点时,使用了常用控温点,分别为120℃、-180℃、-70℃,具体调试情况为:使用升温的方式完成120℃温控;使用降温的方式完成-180℃温控;使用升温的方式完成-70℃温控;再次使用升温的方式完成120℃温控。经过全面且细致的分析可知,热沉空间测点温度与温控设计的标准值相一致,热沉设计的相关数据信息具备超强的实用性。By using dedicated temperature-controlled heat sink to meet the requirements of aerospace products thermal vacuum test,the main components of temperature-controlled heat sink are heaters,heat sink and related supporting facilities.A comprehensive and thorough study has been carried out on the design principle of the dedicated temperature-controlled heat sink,and the accuracy of the simulation test has been verified.If the specific value of the calorific value is 200 W,after obtaining the ultimate low temperature value of the heat sink space measurement point,its value will be lower than-183 ℃,however,when obtaining the ultimate high temperature value,its value will be higher than 126 ℃,meeting the various standards of temperature control.When adjusting the temperature control system,the Proportional Integral Differential(PID) arithmetic adaptive adjustment system is used to achieve good results.In the process of debugging the effect of temperature-controlled heat sink,common temperature control points are used when selecting interval temperature control points,which are 120 ℃,-180 ℃and-70 ℃ respectively.The specific debugging situation is as follows:120 ℃ temperature control is completed by heating;Use cooling to complete-180 ℃ temperature control;The temperature control of-70 ℃ is completed by heating up.Once again,the method of heating up is used to complete 120 ℃ temperature control.After comprehensive and detailed analysis,the conclusion is that the temperature of the heat sink space measurement point is consistent with the standard value of temperature control design,and the relevant data information of heat sink design has super practicability.
