摘　　要：科技创新作为核心引擎,对推动经济实现高质量发展起到了至关重要的作用。充分发挥科技创新的引领作用、加速科技成果的转化与产业化进程已成为时代发展的新潮流与必然趋势,科技成果转化能力直接影响国家的科技发展水平和科技竞争力。在现有研究的基础上,构建了河南省科技成果转化能力评价指标体系,并运用熵值法和线性加权法对河南省科技成果转化能力进行了测度与评价,最后提出了相应的政策建议。Technological innovation,as the core engine,plays a crucial role in promoting high-quality economic development.Fully leveraging the leading role of technological innovation and accelerating the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements has become a new and inevitable trend in the development of the times;Scientific and technological achievement transformation capability directly affects the level of the country's scientific and technological development and competitiveness.Based on existing research,this article constructs an evaluation index system for the transformation capability of scientific and technological achievements in Henan Province,and uses Entropy method and Linear Weighting method to measure and evaluate the transformation capability of scientific and technological achievements in Henan Province.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
