国审新品种皖南黄兔的选育研究

摘　　要：试验旨在全面了解皖南黄兔的生长性能、育肥性能和选育进展。在皖南黄兔新品种培育过程中,采用BLUP(最佳线性无偏预测)方法评估遗传力和育种值,并对皖南黄兔每一世代4周龄的体重,12周龄体重,10月龄体重、体尺,4~12周龄日增重、料重比和成活率进行了测定。结果表明,皖南黄兔12周龄的体重和4~12周龄的日增重属于中等遗传力性状。五世代皖南黄兔4周龄、12周龄和10月龄的体重分别为539.57、2464.84和3660.36 g,比一世代分别提高了17.54%、15.54%和13.69%(P<0.01);五世代皖南黄兔10月龄的体长和胸围分别为52.37 cm和31.55 cm,较一世代分别提高了15.63%和12.64%(P<0.01);五世代皖南黄兔4~12周龄的日增重、料重比和育肥成活率分别为34.31 g/d、3.61∶1和96.43%;五世代皖南黄兔的生长性能和育肥性能各项指标的变异系数均在11%以内,表现出较好的一致性。可见,经过系统选育,皖南黄兔的生长性能和育肥性能均获得了较大的遗传进展,且皖南黄兔具有早期生长速度快、育肥产肉性能强、适应性强、肉质优良等特点。In order to understand the growth performance,fattening performance and breeding progress of Wannan Yellow rabbits,the weight of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 10 months,body size of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 10 months,daily gain,feed to gain ratio and survival rate of each generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 to 12 weeks were measured,as well as heritability and breeding values of growth and fattening performance were estimated during the breeding process of new variety.The results showed that body weight of Wannan Yellow rabbits at 12 weeks of age and daily gain at 4 to 12 weeks of age were moderate heritability traits.The weight of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 10 months was 539.57,2464.84,and 3660.36 g,respectively,which were significantly increased by 17.54%,15.54%and 13.69%compared with those of the first generation,respectively.The body length and chest circumference of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits at the age of 10 months were 52.37 cm and 31.55 cm,respectively,which were 15.63%and 12.64%higher than those of the first generation Wannan Yellow rabbits.The daily gain,feed to gain ratio and fattening survival rate of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits from 4 to 12 weeks of age were 34.31 g/d,3.61∶1,and 96.43%,respectively.The variation coefficients of growth performance and fattening performance of the fifth generation Wannan Yellow rabbits were all within 11%,showing good consistency.In summary,the growth performance and fattening performance of Wannan Yellow rabbits obtained great genetic progress,and the breeding method was reliable,which met the requirements of new variety after systematic breeding.Moreover,Wannan Yellow rabbits have the characteristics of fast early growth rate,strong fattening and meat production performance,strong adaptability,and excellent meat quality.
