摘  要:噬菌体作为天然的抗菌物,具有易获取、突变率低、不良反应小、高度特异性、高效性、不伤害共生细菌等优势,可作为替代抗生素的首选药物。噬菌体的宿主范围是评估噬菌体治疗潜力的关键指标,对于噬菌体的选择、治疗策略的制定以及最终的疗效具有重要作用,它主要由噬菌体的受体结合蛋白与宿主细胞表面的特异性受体决定。本文就金黄色葡萄球菌噬菌体的分类结构、受体结合蛋白、宿主表面同源受体的发现以及噬菌体疗法在畜牧业中的应用进行了阐述,以期为金黄色葡萄球菌性疾病的防控提供参考。As a natural antibacterial substance,bacteriophage has the advantages of easy access,low mutation rate,small adverse reactions,high specificity,high efficiency,and no harm to commensal bacteria,and can be used as the preferred drug to replace antibiotics.The host range of bacteriophage is a key indicator to evaluate the therapeutic potential of bacteriophages,and is of great significance for the selection of bacteriophages,the formulation of treatment strategies and the final efficacy,which is mainly determined by the receptor-binding proteins of the phage and the specific receptors on the surface of the host cells.In this paper,the classification structure of Staphylococcus aureus phages,receptor-binding proteins,the discovery of host surface homologous receptors,and the application of bacteriophage therapy in animal husbandry were expounded,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Staphylococcus aureus disease.
