摘 要:试验旨在研究补喂不同剂量的L-瓜氨酸(L-Citrulline,L-Cit)对湖羊繁殖性能及相关生殖激素水平的影响。挑选120只胎次为2~3胎、体重45.65 kg±5.79 kg的健康湖羊母羊,平均分为4组,分别为对照组、试验I组、试验II组、试验III组,每组30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在对照组的基础上分别每天每只母羊补喂10、20和30 g的L-瓜氨酸。预饲期7 d,正式饲喂期20 d。在母羊阴道内埋置阴道海绵栓(FGA)的第1天记为试验的第0天,于第12天撤栓,第14天进行人工授精,同时肌肉注射1 mL的促排三号(LRH-A_(3))。埋栓处理后第7天、第14天和第18天,在母羊空腹的情况下使用含有肝素钠抗凝剂的采血管通过颈静脉采集血样,检测试验羊只血清中的LH、GnRH、E_(2)和P_(4)含量。结果表明,试验第0天试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的血清孕酮(P_(4))水平与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组间也差异显著(P<0.05)。第7天试验Ⅲ组的血清促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的血清雌二醇(E_(2))水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。第14天试验Ⅲ组的血清E_(2)水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。第18天试验Ⅲ组的血清GnRH水平显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),血清促黄体生成激素(LH)水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的血清E_(2)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。给母羊补喂LCit后,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的受胎率、产羔率及双羔率均高于对照组,其中母羊受胎率比对照组分别提高了154.59%(P<0.05)、150.00%(P<0.05)和24.23%(P>0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,给湖羊母羊补喂L-Cit提高了受胎率,L-Cit的添加量以每天每只10 g或20 g为宜。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of supplementing doses of L-Citrulline(L-Cit)on the reproductive performance and related reproductive hormone levels of Hu sheep.120 healthy Hu sheep ewes with litter size of 2-3 and body weight of 45.65 kg±5.79 kg were selected and equally divided into four groups,namely the control group,experiment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,with 30 ewes in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experiment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were supplemented with 10,20 and 30 g of L-Citrulline per ewe per day on top of the control group.The pre-feeding period was 7 d and the official feeding period was 20 d.The first day of embedding vaginal sponge plugs(FGA)in the vagina of ewes was recorded as the 0th day of the experiment,on the 12th day,the thrombus was removed,and on the 14th day,antificial insemination was performed and 1 mL of LRH-A_(3) was injected intramuscularly.On the 7th,14th and 18th day after embalming,blood samples were collected from the jugular vein with heparin sodium anticoagulant onan empty stomach,and the contents of LH,GRH,E_(2)and P_(4) in the serum of the ewes were detected.The results showed that serum progesterone(P_(4))levels were significantly different(P<0.05)in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ compared to the control group on day 0 of the experiment,and in group Ⅱ compared to group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 7th day,the serum level of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the control group and group Ⅰ(P<0.05);the serum estradiol(E_(2))level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 14th day,the serum E_(2)level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).On the 18th day,the serum GnRH level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the serum luteinizing hormone(LH)level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05)and group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the serum E_(2)level in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in t
