摘  要:为了提升搁置仿真工作的效率和精度,对船舶搁置安全评估过程中的边界条件设置问题进行研究。针对船舶搁置时坞墩约束和水荷载添加的复杂性和重复性,基于商业有限元软件MSC.Patran,利用Patran Command Language(PCL)进行二次开发。通过开发自定义插件,实现自动化处理坞墩位置数据并添加自定义坞墩约束,以及创建高精度自定义水荷载场并添加水压力荷载的功能。结果表明,这一创新方法极大简化了传统手动添加边界条件的繁琐过程,降低了操作复杂度,提高了工作效率。船舶搁置实例验证了该插件的合理性和有效性。研究成果可为船舶搁置安全评估工作提供强有力的技术支持,有助于提升船舶建造过程的安全性和质量。To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the ship grounding simulation,the issue of boundary condition setting in the ship grounding safety assessment process is studied.In view of the complexity and repetitiveness of the constraints of the dock blocks and the addition of water loads when the ship is grounded,based on the commercial finite element software MSC.Patran,the Patran Command Language(PCL)is used for secondary development.By developing a custom plug-in,the functions of automatically processing the position data of the dock blocks and adding custom dock block constraints,as well as creating a high-precision custom water load field and adding water pressure loads are realized.The results show that this innovative method greatly simplifies the cumbersome process of manually adding boundary conditions in the traditional way,reduces the operational complexity,and improves the work efficiency.The rationality and effectiveness of the plug-in are verified through a ship grounding example.The research results can provide strong technical support for the ship grounding safety assessment work and help improve the safety and quality of the shipbuilding process.
