摘  要:为了验证MARKⅢ型液化天然气(LNG)船泵塔安装前移的可行性,综合分析某型MARKⅢ型LNG加注船泵塔安装前移所涉及的生产准备和建造工艺过程,进行施工策划。对确保安装前移顺利实施的围护系统安装平台、泵塔临时施工平台等平台进行优化设计。施工流程按照策划顺利进行,优化后的围护系统安装平台和施工平台等经校核均满足强度要求。研究证明泵塔可提前到船坞阶段安装。In order to verify the feasibility of the installation of pump tower forward of a MARKⅢliquefied natural gas(LNG)carrier,the production preparation and construction process involved in the installation forward of pump tower of a certain type of MARKⅢLNG refueling ship is comprehensively analyzed,and the construction planning is carried out.The installation platform of the enclosure system and the temporary construction platform of the pump tower are optimized to ensure the smooth implementation of the installation forward.The construction process is carried out smoothly according to the planning,and the optimized installation platform and construction platform of the enclosure system met the strength requirements after verification.The research proved that the pump tower can be installed in the dock stage in advance.
