摘 要:奶牛产犊间隔决定终生胎次和终生产奶量的高低,缩短产犊间隔对提高奶牛业的经济效益至关重要。本研究采用最小二乘法分析陕西某奶牛场2022-2024年间,1153头胎次为2胎、3胎荷斯坦牛的生产和繁殖记录。结果表明,产犊季节对产犊间隔的影响差异极显著(P<0.01),夏季产犊的产犊间隔最长,冬季产犊的产犊间隔最短;上一胎305d产奶量对产犊间隔的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);配种员的技术水平对产犊间隔的影响差异极显著(P<0.01);繁殖疾病对产犊间隔的影响有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Calving interval determines lifetime parity and lifelong milk production level,shorten the calving interval to increase the economic benefits of vital pasture.In this study,production and breeding records 0f 1153 Holstein cows during 2-3 lactations were collected in Hengshui Fuyuan farm calving from 2015 to 2017.We implemented single effect analysis of variance and to analyze the effct of calving season,milk yield,technical level of breeder on calving interval by using the SPSS software.Using independent sample T test method to analyze the impact of reproductive disease on calving interval.The results showed that the effect of calving season on calving interval was significantly different(P<0.01),calving interval for calving in summer was the longest,and shortest in winter,305d milk yield of previous parity on calving interval was no significantly different(P>0.05),technical level of breeders on calving interval was significantly different(P<0.01),effect of reproductive disease on calving interval,there was significant difference(P<0.05).
