摘 要:数智技术赋能高校教育教学评估是深化评估制度改革的必然选择,是使命使然、机遇应然、改革必然。基于数智技术的教育教学评估,应彰显价值性、发展性、主体性、平等性的评估理念;评估指标体系设计应以学生发展为中心,聚焦学生发展度、保障度、贡献度、成长度、满意度(简称“五度”)核心要素。基于新理念的评估体系由数据系统、数据分类、数据标准、数据采集转换、数据预处理、数据仓库、数据集市、数据分析与应用、评估结果可视化等9个环节组成。基于数智技术的教育教学评估目前仍面临数据采集与质量管理、数据安全与隐私保护、数据分析与挖掘利用、数据真实与准确可靠、组织保障与有效协同等五个方面的新挑战。Empowering the evaluation of higher education and teaching with digital intelligence technology is an inevitable choice for deepening the reform of the evaluation system,which is a mission,an opportunity,and a necessity for reform.Based on digital intelligence technology,educational and teaching evaluation embodies the evaluation concepts of value,development,subjectivity,and equality.The design of the evaluation index system is centered on student development,focusing on the core elements of student development,security,contribu⁃tion,growth,and satisfaction(referred to as the“five degrees”).The evaluation process consists of nine stages:data system,data classification,data standards,data collection and conversion,data preprocessing,data ware⁃house,data mart,data analysis and application,and visualization of evaluation results.This paper analyzes the new challenges faced by education and teaching evaluation based on digital intelligence technology in five as⁃pects:data collection and quality management,data security and privacy protection,data analysis and mining utilization,data authenticity and accuracy,organizational guarantee and effective collaboration.
