摘  要:目的探讨心理引导联合应用行为分析(ABA)康复训练在孤独症儿童中的应用效果。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年10月在淄博市第一医院就诊的80例孤独症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例)。对照组接受常规康复训练联合心理引导,观察组在对照组基础上采取ABA康复训练,比较两组病情评分、心理发育评分以及日常能力评分。结果治疗后,观察组孤独症行为量表评分低于对照组,心理教育量表各维度评分均高于对照组,日常生活能力、社交能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理引导联合ABA康复训练在孤独症儿童中的应用效果较好,能够缓解症状,提高日常生活能力和社交能力。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological guidance combined with application behavior analysis(ABA)rehabilitation training in children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism in the First Hospital of Zibo City from January 2022 to October 2023 were included as the study objects.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training combined with psychological guidance,and the observation group received ABA rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The scores of illness,psychological development and daily ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of autism behavior checklist in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of psychoeducational profile-third edition were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of daily living ability and social ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological guidance combined with ABA rehabilitation training in autistic children has a good effect,which can alleviate symptoms and improve the ability of daily life and social ability.
