摘　　要：目的探讨揿针治疗小儿流涎的临床效果。方法选取淄博市妇幼保健院2021年4月至2023年8月收治的70例流涎患儿,以随机数字表法分两组,每组各35例。对照组实施常规口肌训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用揿针治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(97.14%vs 77.14%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组教师流涎分级差异显著,观察组更优(P<0.05);两组治疗前后的洼田饮水试验分级差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论揿针治疗小儿流涎的临床效果较好,能够改善患儿流涎症状,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thumb-tack needle treating pediatric salivation.Methods A total of 70 children with salivation admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral muscle training,and the observation group received thumb-tack needle on the basis of control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(97.14%vs 77.14%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the salivation grade of teacher drooling scale was significantly different,and the observation group was better(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the grade of water swallow test before and after treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of thumb-tack needle in the treatment of pediatric salivation is good,which can improve the symptoms of salivation in children and is worthy of promotion.
