摘　　要：目的观察特布他林联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取海安市人民医院2023年1月至2024年2月收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组各40例。对照组接受阿奇霉素序贯疗法,试验组在对照组基础上加用特布他林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组退热、肺部啰音消失、止咳和憋喘消失时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平及白细胞计数均下降,且与对照组相比,试验组更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论特布他林联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果较好,可快速缓解症状,减轻炎症指标。Objective To observe the effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Haian People’s Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received Azithromycin sequential therapy,and the experimental group received treatment with Terbutaline on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had shorter fever relief time,lung rale disappearance time,cough relief time,and wheeze disappearance time than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and white blood cell count in the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the levels in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is good,which can quickly alleviate symptoms and reduce inflammatory indicators.
