摘　　要：目的探讨自制妇产科手术恢复用护理带在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2022年10月至2023年10月在常德市第一中医医院产科行择期剖宫产的80例产妇为研究对象,将2022年10月至2023年4月40例产妇作为对照组,行常规产后切口护理;2023年5月至10月40例产妇作为观察组,采用自制妇产科手术恢复用护理带进行护理。对比两组术后首次下床活动时间及术后首次肛门排气时间、切口渗血情况,以及术后5d切口愈合情况。结果观察组术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次肛门排气时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组切口渗血情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后切口愈合情况比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论自制妇产科手术恢复用护理带在剖宫产术后产妇中应用,能缩短术后首次下床时间及首次肛门排气时间,降低切口渗血风险。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology operation in parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent elective cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics,Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and 40 parturients from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the control group,who underwent routine postpartum incision nursing.From May to October 2023,40 parturients were selected as the observation group,and the self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology surgery was used for nursing.The first time to get out of bed,the first time to anal exhaust after surgery,the incision errhysis status,and the healing of the incision at 5 days after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first ambulation and first anal exhaust after surgery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incision errhysis status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in incision healing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology surgery in parturients after cesarean section can shorten the first time to get out of bed and the first time to anal exhaust after surgery,and reduce the risk of incision errhysis.
