摘  要:目的探讨以回馈理论为主的健康教育联合心理指导在女性慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2023年9月济南市第三人民医院收治的86例女性慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以回馈理论为主的健康教育联合心理指导,对比两组情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我效能感[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、自我管理能力[自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)]及护理满意度。结果干预前两组SAS、SDS评分及GSES、ESCA评分比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,GSES、ESCA评分高于干预前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,GSES、ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以回馈理论为主的健康教育联合心理指导可以改善女性慢性胃炎患者的情绪状态,提高自我效能、自我管理能力与护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance in female patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 86 female patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Jinan Third People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance.The emotional state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),self-efficacy(general self-efficacy scale[GSES]),self-management ability(exercise of self-care agency[ESCA])and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no differences in SAS and SDS scores,GSES and ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,GSES and ESCA scores were higher than those before intervention,and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,GSES and ESCA scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance can improve the emotional state of female patients with chronic gastritis,increase self-efficacy,self-management ability,and nursing satisfaction.
