主动防范风险护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨主动防范风险护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年4月淄博市周村区妇幼保健院收治的78例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各39例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用主动防范风险护理。比较两组情绪状态、家长护理满意度、不良护理风险事件总发生率。结果研究组情绪状态评分较参照组低(P<0.05)。研究组家长护理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良护理风险事件总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论主动防范风险护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患儿的情绪状态,提高患儿家长护理满意度,降低不良护理风险事件的发生风险。Objective To explore the application effect of proactive risk prevention nursing in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,78 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Zhoucun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City were selected as the research subjects.All the children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing,while the research group received proactive risk prevention nursing.The emotional state,nursing satisfaction of parents,and total incidence rate of adverse nursing risk events in the two groups were compared.Results The emotional state score of the research group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction of parents in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse nursing risk events of the research group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of proactive risk prevention nursing in children with bronchopneumonia is good,which can effectively improve the emotional state of children,increase the nursing satisfaction of parents,and reduce the risk of adverse nursing events.
