摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理干预联合以人文关怀为指导的健康宣教在门诊人工流产患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年10月于济南市第三人民医院妇产科门诊就诊的86例人工流产患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团体心理干预联合以人文关怀为指导的健康宣教。比较两组负性情绪、自我效能感、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表[(44.17±1.85)分]、焦虑自评量表[(42.03±1.52)分]评分均低于对照组[(49.13±2.11)、(46.10±2.14)分](P<0.05)。护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表[(32.58±3.49)分]、生活质量综合评定问卷[(78.55±4.79)分]评分均高于对照组[(24.16±3.10)、(67.26±4.12)分](P<0.05)。结论团体心理干预联合以人文关怀为指导的健康宣教可减轻门诊人工流产患者负性情绪,增强自我效能感,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care in outpatient patients with induced abortion.Methods From April 2022 to October 2023,86 patients with induced abortion who visited the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient,Jinan Third People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale([44.17±1.85]points)and self-rating anxiety scale([42.03±1.52]points)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group([49.13±2.11]and[46.10±2.14]points)(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general self-efficacy scale([32.58±3.49]points)and generic quality of life inventory-74([78.55±4.79]points)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group([24.16±3.10]and[67.26±4.12]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care can alleviate negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,and improve quality of life in outpatient patients with induced abortion.
