摘  要:为提高多式联运订单合并运输决策质量,提升运输工具满载率,优化运输结构,构建了总成本最小为目标的订单合并运输决策模型。设计的遗传算法改进了种群更新机制,算法三段式编码分别对应订单的路径节点、采用的运输方式和运输班次,通过算例验证了模型与算法的正确性与有效性。敏感度分析结果表明,提高碳排放成本有助于运输结构朝着低碳运输方式转换,合理的碳税值对运输结构优化调整与成本优化控制效果明显;平均满载率随着单位时间惩罚成本的提高呈下降趋势,但对不同运输方式的满载率呈现不同的影响规律;订单合并能够降低总成本,节约运输工具的使用数量,订单数量越多,降低的总成本越大。To improve the quality of multimodal order combination transportation decision-making,enhance the full load ratio of transport vehicles and optimize the transportation structure,we build a decision-making model of order combination transportation with minimum total cost as the goal.The designed genetic algorithm improves the population updating mechanism and encodes the path node,the transportation mode and the transportation frequency of each order respectively.Our results show increasing carbon emission cost is conducive to the transformation of transport structure to low-carbon transport mode and proper carbon tax has obvious effect on the optimization adjustment of transport structure and cost optimization control.The average full load ratio decreases with the increase of penalty cost per unit time,but it has different effects on full load ratio of different modes of transportation.Order consolidation cuts not only the number of vehicles in service,but also the total costs.the cost reduction is more obvious with the growing number of orders.
