摘  要:滚动接触疲劳试验机的有效工作时长受限于转子系统的轴承疲劳寿命,以转子系统中的滚动轴承为研究对象,建立其疲劳寿命的预测方法。采用多体动力学与有限元方法,建立滚动轴承动力学模型以及滚子滚道接触的有限元模型,分析轴承运转的动力学过程,通过结合I-H理论,分别计算轴承的内外圈以及滚子的疲劳寿命。在对模型验证的基础上,模拟分析了不同径向载荷工况下滚动轴承的疲劳寿命,结果表明,相较ISO标准和L-P理论模型,模型更全面考虑了轴承滚子滚道的疲劳寿命,计算的轴承疲劳寿命更小,为疲劳试验机主轴轴承的疲劳寿命预测和分析提供了支撑。The fatigue testing machine is an essential apparatus for investigating the fatigue characteristics of various metallic materials and their components.The key performance metric requiring assurance is the machine’s prolonged and stable operation,which is constrained by the fatigue life of the main shaft bearings of the rotor system.Hence,the prediction and analysis of the fatigue life of spindle bearings are indispensable and critical phases in the development of fatigue testing machines.The conventional methods for predicting bearing fatigue life based on the L-P theory,which calculates life expectancy solely through static loads and corresponding adjustment coefficients,fails to accurately account for the influence of the dynamic characteristics of bearings within fatigue testing machines.To address this issue,we propose a novel approach for predicting the fatigue life of cylindrical roller bearings in the spindles of fatigue testing machines.Our approach integrates multibody dynamics,finite element analysis,and I-H theory,thereby considering the dynamic properties of the bearings.The principal computational procedure of our approach is as follows:first,by conducting a mechanical analysis,one calculates the radial load borne by the roller bearings within the fatigue testing machine.Then,a multibody dynamic model for the running bearing,as well as a finite element model for the contact between the roller and the raceway,are built to compute the stress-strain distribution on the rollers and the raceway.Lastly,employing the I-H theory,the fatigue life of the bearing’s inner ring,outer ring,and rollers are calculated individually,from which the aggregate life expectancy of the bearing is derived.A theoretical validation of the multibody dynamics model and finite element model is conducted.Next,the fatigue life of rolling bearings under various radial load conditions is simulated and analyzed,with a comparison made to the computational outcomes based on the ISO standard algorithm and the L-P theory.Our approach
